Terms of Service

SnoutLog provides two main services:

1. Pet Care Management Tools – A platform to store and track your pets' information, health records, and care routines.
2. Marketplace – A feature that connects buyers and sellers for pet sales or adoptions. SnoutLog is not a seller, buyer, broker, agent, or guarantor in any transaction between users.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the marketplace.
• By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to share your account with others, except where explicitly allowed (such as shared family or business access features).

• Seller Requirements: If you list animals for sale or adoption, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including licensing, health certifications, vaccination requirements, and animal welfare regulations.
• Licensing: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses or permits required to sell or transfer animals in your jurisdiction.
• Listing Accuracy: All listing information must be truthful and not misleading. Misrepresentation of an animal's breed, health status, or history is prohibited.
• Prohibited Listings: You may not list animals that are illegal to own, sell, or transport in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Public Information: Certain listing details (e.g., description, photos, location, and contact method) will be visible to other users.

• Payments processed through SnoutLog's integrated payment providers are subject to the provider's terms and conditions.
• SnoutLog does not handle, store, or have access to your payment details.
• SnoutLog is not responsible for the delivery, health, quality, or condition of any animal listed on the marketplace.

• SnoutLog may review and remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.
• We may monitor communications between users to detect fraud, enforce policies, and protect safety.

• SnoutLog is a platform provider and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.
• We do not vet or guarantee any buyer, seller, or animal.
• Transactions are solely between the buyer and seller.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnoutLog, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any listing you create or transaction you participate in.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
